The Bauer 2S is a continuation of the new Supreme pant line taking on a new fit bridging the gap between a traditional pant fit and the previous Supreme girdle fit making it a very well rounded option. Bauer has included multiple high end features in the second price point pant which gives the 2S great value.
External Materials
The Bauer 2S junior hockey pant features a Pro level 840D Nylon shell with additional overlays in high wear areas for better durability. They’ve also added stretch areas to the inner thigh and crotch which allow the legs to move naturally without restriction.
Thigh Protection
The One-piece thigh guard with stretchable leg gussets keep the thighs well protected with offering a full range of motion with no restriction.
Hip Protection
The 2S pant has one-piece full volume hip guards which offer complete coverage to what is traditionally a high contact area.
Tailbone Protection
Bauer has added Poron IX foam to the tailbone protection and using this premium foam will keep your rear end well protected if you ever find yourself taking a sudden seat on the ice.
Spine Protection
The Bauer 2S pant uses an independent spine protection piece with an added HD foam insert which moves with the body during play and keeps the lower spine protected from any unwanted contact
Kidney Protection
The molded foam and Poly inserts in the kidney area offer great protection while hugging the body for a close and comfortable fit.
Belt/Lace Closure
The belt on the 2S junior hockey pant features a MD foam cover with dual cinch belt and traditional laces keeping everything tight at the waist.
Leg Zippers
The inner legs of the 2S pants have a zipper opening that can be used if the player prefers a looser fit in the thighs. These also make it easier to put the pants on for those that choose to put their skates on before their pants when getting dressed.
