Designed for the competitive level player, the Bauer S29 is a continuation of the new Supreme pant line. Taking on more of a traditional pant fit compared to years past, the tailored fit patterns with vent armour zones allows for full body coverage, comfort, and air circulation.
External Materials
The outer shell on the S29 hockey pant is a lightweight 400D nylon with added vent armour mesh.
Thigh Protection
A one-piece thigh guard with stretchable leg gussets offers solid protection in this mid-range option while not sacrificing any mobility.
Hip Protection
The hip protection in the S29 hockey pant is a one-piece full volume hip guard for complete coverage in what is traditionally a high contact area.
Tailbone Protection
The S29 pant features a Thermo Max liner throughout the tailbone protection.
Spine Protection
The Bauer S29 pant uses an independent spine protection piece with an added HD foam insert which moves with the body during play and keeps the lower spine protected from any unwanted contact
Kidney Protection
The molded foam and Poly inserts in the kidney area offer great protection while hugging the body for a close and comfortable fit.
Belt/Lace Closure
The belt on the S29 hockey pant features a MD foam cover with dual cinch belt and traditional laces keeping everything tight at the waist. Bauer has also added a zippered extension feature which allows the player to add an additional 1” to the overall length.
Leg Zippers
The inner legs have an enclosed zipper opening that can be used if the player prefers a looser fit in the thighs. These also make it easier to put the pants on for those that choose to put their skates on before their pants when getting dressed.
