Bauer Vapor Hyperlite Senior Hockey Pants

Bauer’s next addition to the Vapor protective line comes in the form of the Hyperlite hockey pants. The pants come in with amazing protective capabilities at a remarkable 1200g weight, thanks to the Aerolite hip guard, Shocklite spine, and tapered fit profile. Keeping you fresh is the new Thermocore Zero liner, to complete the construction.

External Materials
The external shell is made of pro-level 840D nylon, which is the same material and grade that you would find on the Ultrasonic. This grade of nylon is highly abrasion-resistant and one of the toughest fabric-weave combinations available. It is also very light for its efficiency and durability.

Thigh Protection
The pants use molded PE and HD foam strategically placed for a close and covered fit. The fit on the Hyperlite is tapered, meaning it is designed to fit close and with a lower profile. The inserts are also removable for easier embroidery or embellishment as desired.

Hip Protection
The hip area is equipped with an Aerolite 2.0 hip guard. This is a new enhancement that helps keep the hip area both lightweight and protected. Aerolite is Bauer’s lightest foam available, with tech that repels both impact and water. That water aversion helps the padding keep from becoming waterlogged and heavy.

Spine Protection
A huge upgrade to the pants is the floating spine with a Shocklite foam insert. The move evolved from the previous use of the X-Lite Shield to a lighter, more flexible foam. Shocklite is both incredibly light and absorbent, making it the perfect material to shield you from unwanted, injurious impact.

Kidney Protection
As seen in the Ultrasonic, Bauer has added segmented kidney protection with a Flex Forward break to the new Hyperlite pants. This protects the player and allows for maximum mobility and efficiency on the ice.

Belt/Lace Closure
For adjustment, Bauer has added a zippered extension feature, which allows the player to add an additional 1” to the overall length of the Hyperlite. The feature is particularly useful for players who are experiencing a growth spurt mid-season or who are in between sizes.

Leg Zippers
The inner legs of the Hyperlite pants have an enclosed zipper opening that can be used if the player prefers a looser fit in the thighs. These also make it easier to put the pants on for those that choose to put their skates on before their pants when getting dressed.

The Bauer Vapor Hyperlite Senior Hockey Pants come in Medium, Large, and XLarge sizes in the following colourways: Black, Navy, and Red.
