Intro/New Features
Experience the ultimate combination of lightweight performance and precise control with CCM’s new EFlex 6 line of goalie skates. The EFlex 6.5 is designed specifically for more budget-conscious and recreational players, as well as developing goaltenders, being a true balance between performance and comfort. These skates feature a 3D-injected boot, an HD microfibre liner, a molded CCM footbed, and CCM’s XSG 10F27 runner to offer that balance at a more cost-effective price.

Skate Fit Profile
CCM put a major focus on comfort in their hockey skates for the 2023 season, and that still holds true for the EFlex 6 series of skates—a feature that works in tangent with the EFlex’s snug fit. The boot on the 6.5 is 3D injected, which is an ergonomic boot-shaping system that focuses on comfort, with a textured construction for improved durability.

Boot Construction/Stiffness/Level of Play
These skates are ideal for the recreational player, which means they have been outfitted with a softer, 130-stiffness rating boot. This boot is best for goaltenders who are both just starting out in hockey, as well as those who prefer a more flexible, comfortable boot right out of the box.

Liner/Internal Padding
Coupled with the 3D injected boot and 130 stiffness is the HD microfibre liner. CCM’s design in the liner focuses on offering amazing fit and comfort with their additional layer of EVA foam. The liner has also been made to be highly resistant to wear and tear, to ensure the skate lasts for even the toughest of situations.

Holders & Steel
The skates use CCM’s quick-release Speedblade XSG holder with a bladelock system, coupled with CCM’s XSG 10F27. This steel is built to provide a long-lasting edge for sustained performance, and the new 10F27 profile encourages a forward-leaning and more aggressive goalie stance.

Graphics
Similar to the skates at the higher price points, the EFlex 6.5 graphics are clean black and red, similar to CCM’s Jetspeed line. The shell is glossy with bold red accents, for that sharp, bold look while out on the ice.
