CCM Jetspeed FT1 Junior Hockey Skates

The CCM Jetspeed FT1 is the first one-piece boot construction in the Jetspeed family. Coming on the heels of the extremely successful Super Tacks skate, the FT1 aims to complement the Super Tacks by providing an alternative fit for players looking for a tapered skate. The one-piece construction gives players two critical benefits: a complete 360 degree fit around and underneath the foot and a seamless energy transfer through the skate to help generate more speed with every stride.

The quarter package of the FT1 offers RocketFrame composite with Liteframe 360 Technology to provide the one-piece construction and incorporates a Speedcore3 into the frame to reduce weight while maintaining a rigid yet thermoformable core generating the ultimate in performance. A TotalDri liner uses a premium material that is specially designed to wick moisture and sweat away from the foot to keep the boot lightweight and your feet feeling dry.

The tongue of the skate features a white felt Tritech construction that is molded to a players feet and ankles. Additionally, molded lace bite protection has been added to the front of the felt to provide a barrier from the laces and offer better comfort. On the inside of the boot, multi-density memory foam has been placed asymmetrically to anatomically wrap around the players foot and a smooth contour pad wraps around the top of the boot to eliminate abrasions along the leg.

A SpeedBlade holder provides 4mm of extra height from the ice to allow for up to 10% greater turning radius for a more aggressive angle of attack and the SpeedBlade Hyperglide steel provides a polished coating to cut the ice with less friction and provide a longer lasting sharpening as well as advanced performance.
