The CCM Jetspeed FT4 Pro SR Hockey Pants have been redesigned to amplify mobility. While still offering elite level protection, the FT4 Pro pant is extremely lightweight. With a redesigned fit featuring an easy fit opening and stretch panels, you’ll find the range of motion is off the charts when you slip them on.
The FT4 Pro pants fit close to your body, giving the pants a tapered fit but not as narrow as the previous FT1 model.
External Materials
Heavy duty 400D textured nylon side panel reinforcement provides the durability you’ve come to expect from CCM’s elite level pants. A textured polyester design has been added to enhance a tapered profile in a reduced weight design that is both durable and flexible.
Thigh Protection
Lightweight, ultra-high-density foam thigh pads is one of the big improvements for the FT4 Pro pants vs previous models. This foam will still give you pro-level protection but is significantly lighter than plastic.
Hip Protection
Molded plastic hip caps give you maximum impact protection for those big impacts. A vented foam base that sits against your hips allows for ventilation to keep you cool and helps with quick drying between games.
Spine and Tailbone Protection
A floating spine protector and new injection-molded hybrid spine shield offer maximum spine protection. The size of the spine protector sits just right – it doesn’t restrict movement and is designed to reduce unnecessary overlap with your shoulder pads.
The FT4 Pro features a segmented tailbone pad with high-density foams that gives it a great contoured fit.
Kidney Protection
Featuring molded plastic caps with a vented foam base, the FT4 Pro offers a pro-level of kidney impact protection. The molded plastics also provide the pants with structure so it will hold its shape over the long term.
Belt/Lace Closure
CCM’s internal anti-twist belt system has received an upgrade to a wider more durable belt that won’t twist. Front laces have been removed and a wide front opening and stretchy panels for seamless Velcro adjustment help create a noticeable range of movement.
CCM’s hidden +1” length adjusting zipper returns to allow players to customize pant length – this is especially a great feature for growing players or leaf eaters (aka giraffes).
Leg Zippers
Features a leg zipper on the inner thigh to widen as needed or allows players to put on their pants after their skates.
