Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Bauer || CCM || True Sales Store, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process. Please read the following information carefully to understand our policy and procedures.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Based on our product categories, the following items are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons:
- All Socks
- Baselayer
- Cut Resistant products
- Finger Protection
3. Return & Exchange Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Attach the RAN to the outside of the package.
- Ship Your Item: Send the package to the following address using a trackable shipping method:

4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
5. Exchange Process
If you are requesting an exchange, please indicate the desired replacement item in your initial email. Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by us.
