Shipping Information

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Cost: $12.95
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping:
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Eligibility: Orders over $50
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Please note that order processing typically takes 1-2 business days before your item is shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, especially for international orders.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process. Please review the following details carefully:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Unused and in the same condition as when you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Baselayer
  • Cut Resistant products
  • Finger Protection

Return & Exchange Process

Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.
  2. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Attach the RAN to the outside of the package.
  3. Ship Your Item: Send the package to the following address using a trackable shipping method:

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchange Process

If you are requesting an exchange, please indicate the desired replacement item in your initial email. Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by us.
